
Angeliki Sdouga is an educator with extensive experience in the field of Foreign language teaching and educational administration program management. She holds a degree in Greek and French Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philosophy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as specialized diplomas in French language from internationally recognized educational institutions, such as the Sorbonne and the French Ministry of National Education.
Her career began with the Diplôme de Langue Française (1980) and the Diplôme de Langue et de Civilisation Françaises (1981). She then completed the Certificat pratique de la langue française (1983) from the Sorbonne and is a graduate of the Jeanne d’Arc Hellenic-French School in Piraeus (1981). Her educational career continued with a degree in Greek and French Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (1985), and participation in various training programs, including a certification in secretarial studies in both Greek and English (1986) and a Certificat de Stage de Méthodologie (1988) from the Institut Français d’Athènes. She also has knowledge of English and Spanish.
Angeliki Sdouga completed postgraduate studies at the Hellenic Open University (2018), specializing in the French language and the use of technology in education through tools such as Kahoot. She also holds a B’ Level Certification in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) from 2014 and completed a Dental Technician specialization in 2022. Since 2022, she has been attending the Speech Therapy Department at the University of Patras.
Angeliki Sdouga has participated in numerous professional development seminars. Notably, she has attended workshops on career counseling implementation (ΣΕΠ), the use of technology in education, and the integration of educational tools from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for refugee education. She has also trained in the flipped classroom method (classe inversée) and differentiated instruction and has participated in international educational forums and communities aimed at improving French language teaching.
Since 1982, Angeliki Sdouga has gained valuable teaching experience in schools, language centers, and private educational institutions, including the American College of Athens, and served at the French Institute of Athens. Since 1998, she has worked in the public education system, with posts in schools in Achaia and organizations such as the KESYP Achaia and the Office of the Holy Metropolis of Attica. Since 2005, she has been working as a French teacher at the College of Demenika in Achaia and has participated in the organization and administrative support of the national exams at the Grading Center of Achaia since 2010.
Angeliki Sdouga is certified as an examiner for the DELF-DALF diplomas (A1-C2) and Sorbonne DELF-DALF (B1-C2) by the French Ministry of National Education.
Angeliki Sdouga strives to combine educational knowledge with experience in foreign language teaching and modern teaching methods. Her research interests focus on teaching a second language to students with speech disorders, using digital tools to improve communication in students with speech pathologies, developing programs to boost self-confidence, and early intervention for children at risk of speech delay.
